Very comfortable, a perfect place in the centre of the town.
Location was perfect. Apartment was well equipped and nicely furnished. I liked the fact that there was access to a lovely garden with views up to one of the castles. It was quiet and very comfortable. The apartment was warm the whole time.
I do have one comment though: the mattress did not have a mattress cover and there were quite a few stains on it. Also the pillow protectors look as if they needed to be replaced.

We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend. The location was great. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The apartment was incredibly spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, and the outdoor area was lovely. The hosts were easy to communicate with, very responsive, and the check in instructions were very clear.
We really enjoyed our stay. The only super minor negatives were that the couch was a sofa bed so not the most comfortable to sit on (the cushion kept slipping), basics (salt, pepper, oil) weren't supplied and the floor was a bit dusty. But overall, highly recommend.

Wonderful location with the old city part directly at your door!
The apartment location was simply great - within the old city part, but still very calm! For a stay for 3 nights, the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The apartment is decorated in a nice way, though it is not my style, it was pleasant that furniture and decorations were all in a matching style - you can feel that the host put some heart and thoughts into it. Great to have a view to the garden and the high ceilings are also adding a great flair to the apartment!
If you like a lot of privacy, you may need to close the outside blinds on the windows facing the garden - in case someone else is using it, as it is shared. We have seen only once some people dining outside but it did not bother us. Just sharing in case this would be of significance for others.

Es hat uns gefallen, sehr grosse wohnung, centrale lage
die kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert, es war sehr kalt in der wohnung und die wohnung ist nur zum fuss erreichbar, der angegebe parking ist ca 1 km weit. es gab bettwäsche nur für ein bett, mein kollege musste ohne bettwäschen schlafen. der schlüssel ist schnwierig zum ausnehmen, man sieht in der dunkelheit die zahlen nicht wo man die angeben muss. es gibt kein schrank für die kleider.

die zentrale Lage
Beim Buchen gab es keine Möglichkeit vom Kauf zurück zu treten, nicht einmal nach einem Tag => das ist Abzockerei!! Beim Buchen ist die Maske, um Dokumente hochzuladen unprofessionell gestaltet, was sehr, sehr zeitraubend ist Der Vermieter-Gesellschaft ist es anscheindend nicht bekannt, dass Belinzona in der italienischen Schweiz liegt und nicht in Gross-Italien!! Unterschiedliche Informationen schaffen Verwirrung. Der Schlüsselcode konnte ohne eine fremde Lichtquelle (=> zweite Person erforderlich) nicht eingegeben werden. Die Zahllenkontraste sind sehr schlecht. Die Schlüsselbox ist falsch platziert. Bei der Ankunft um 16 Uhr war die Wohnung zu kalt. Man musste den Backofen einstellen.
