Es hat uns gefallen, sehr grosse wohnung, centrale lage
die kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert, es war sehr kalt in der wohnung und die wohnung ist nur zum fuss erreichbar, der angegebe parking ist ca 1 km weit. es gab bettwäsche nur für ein bett, mein kollege musste ohne bettwäschen schlafen. der schlüssel ist schnwierig zum ausnehmen, man sieht in der dunkelheit die zahlen nicht wo man die angeben muss. es gibt kein schrank für die kleider.

Location was perfect. Apartment was well equipped and nicely furnished. I liked the fact that there was access to a lovely garden with views up to one of the castles. It was quiet and very comfortable. The apartment was warm the whole time.
I do have one comment though: the mattress did not have a mattress cover and there were quite a few stains on it. Also the pillow protectors look as if they needed to be replaced.

Posizione centrale, in un attimo si arriva in due panetterie per cornetto e caffè. Appartamento molto spazioso, belli i soffitti alti e la vista sul castello, arredamento curato, cuscini, letto e divano-letto davvero molto comodi, ben riscaldato (dicembre). Bellissimo il giardino anche in inverno.
Comoda la Ticino Card che permette di viaggiare con i mezzi pubblici gratuitamente. Bello il mercato del sabato mattina proprio fuori dalla porta. Comunicazione rapida, ma non sempre cortese. Eccezionalmente abbiamo potuto depositare i bagagli già alle 12.30.
La ventola della pompa di calore del riscaldamento è molto rumorosa ed è installata proprio davanti alla finestra della camera.
Più tranquillo di giorno che di notte, il sabato sera i clienti del ristorante sottostante fumavano e chiacchieravano sotto la finestra. L’appartamento è in zona a traffico limitato, ma tra le 22-23.30 di domenica sera hanno caricato/scaricato merce urlando in spagnolo.
Nonostante l’appartamento fosse pulito, c’erano minuscole schegge di vetro in bagno che ho faticato a togliere dal piede.
Manca, in cucina, uno straccio per pulire il tavolo e cose di base come sale, olio, qualche bustina di tè, ma c’era una scatola con un solo biscotto che sembrava già rosicchiato.
In camera da letto c’è solo una presa elettrica vicino al letto.
Sulla finestra del bagno ci vorrebbe una tendina. Risposte sempre rapide e buona disponibilità. In alcune occasioni, tuttavia, l’approccio è stato poco cortese. Qualche suggerimento pratico in più — ad esempio che l’unico posto dove lasciare i bagagli è la stazione, e indicazioni non solo in inglese— avrebbe migliorato ulteriormente l’esperienza. Un tono più cortese e accogliente contribuisce in modo significativo alla qualità del servizio.
