Superb
Very spacious apartment in a beautiful traditional building. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's a great location in Bellinzona and it's not too far from Lugano. The parking at the property is very useful.
Somehow we could not get all the TV channels. Some custom instructions written in English would be useful.

Good place to spend some time in Bellinzona and surrounding area. Apartment has everything you need.
Apartment is clean and spacious. Excellent location, close to the station, no street traffic noises. Perfect for friends, where each person can have their own bedroom (we were with three). They let us stay longer as there were no guests coming the next day, which was very generous.
It was a bit complicated to pick up the key - we had to meet with a host, communication was a bit difficult (they did not confirm the meeting time so quickly). They also had to take a copy of our identification, which took a long time. Generally communication could have been a bit better.

Good location, city center and train station in the immediate vicinity. Old finish apartment but spacious enough, with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Also private parking.
The interior (doors and walls) needs a complete renovation.

Great location. Just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. The apartment is exceptionally spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There is neither air-conditioning nor fans provided. As we come in summer and the temperature is higher than 30C, our stay is therefore far from comfortable.

Emplacement idéal et centrale, grandes pièces, lieu calme, agréable. Lieu très propre.
Seul inconvénient, une seule clé et il la faut pour sortir de l’immeuble. On peut pas sortir sans clé.
