Good spacious neat

Master bedroom have stain on the bedsheet. The staff a bit pushy and no manners. Keep reminding to pay security deposit rm200 even we inform we are otw and late check in. Even send a reply to our message with a reminder finger ☝️to pay the security depo. We paid rm803/nite and we check in late abt 8.30pm+ and we ask if we can check out late than 11am. Not even considering our request and said got another guest coming in which we all know its not. Anyway thats the last stay there, not anymore.

Spacious for a big family

All dust over the floor, management said it already clean but still dust over the floor on both floor. Acceptable coz they just send someone to swipe the floor, not mop it!

No problems finding the place following the location shared by the host but it could not be found if we type in the address in Waze, which is quite strange. The villa is spacious but the front porch could only accommodate 2 cars. However, since the properties besides and opposite were unoccupied, we could park easily park extra cars outside. Beds are comfortable and we had no problems with water pressure although I have read some reviews about low water pressure.

We have no WIFI access throughout our stay as none of us could detect the WIFI network provided by the host on our devices. Contacted the host and was asked question like "did you key in the correct password"! Hello, how to key in the password when we cannot even locate the network! I even sent the screenshot to the host. The issue was not resolved. Would appreciate better quality toilet papers - what was provided were 1-ply paper thin toilet rolls. There are no hooks to hang clothes or towel in the common bathrooms. The sofa in the living room is not very comfortable - commented by at least 3 of us. It's like we kept sliding off if we lean back. So, the trick is not to lean back.
