The play arena within the house, gaming console, bunkbed and balcony

The slide and some parts of the play arena were broken. Bunkbed was also broken a bit with lights not working.

The playground inside the apartment was the key feature as it was toddler friendly. The property was near jonker street. Aircon was cold. Check in process was smooth. Apartment was generally clean and we enjoyed using the entertainment game console and playground for the littles.

The building itself was not well maintained. Theres signs of leaking especially when it rained hard even along the corridor and carpark. The residential parking was at lvl 7/8 so it was a long long spiral up, at the lift lobby on the residential floors, there is a very dangerous window that is very low and is constantly open with little safety regard. A child can easily fall out. I have attached a picture regarding this, tho it is not the management’s fault or smth they can do since it is the way the building is built so people with young children, please hold your child’s hand and watch your children CAREFULLY. The beds were just ok the pillows were really hard. The dohble decker had exposed bolts everywhere and some of the furniture was peeling. The playground itself was ok, though there was a big crack on the slide so there was a cut risk. Not sure if they clean the playground, mat and balls though so dont expect too much.
