The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near local attractions. The swimming pool and facilities were well maintained, and the overall environment was pleasant. The host was very responsive, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay

The only area for improvement would be the sofa, which is quite worn out and could benefit from replacement. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

both bathroom a little bit dirty

It is located at a pretty convenient location with quite a number of eateries and a family mart just opposite the street (10mins walk). The kids had fun with the toys, console game and pool table. The apartment is spacious enough for 6 of us (3 adults 3 kids). They had a big swimming pool area which was a highlight for my kids too., but can be quite crowded. Recommended for big families!

The towels given had abit of musty smell.

Location was good and the flat had a nice view and comfortable beds.

Worst management I've ever experienced, but then again these might be the standards in Malaysia nowadays. Rules and instructions on everything, notices about fines inside the property and the building common areas and the check-in and check-out process felt like a trial. They shared a long list of steps on how to sef check-in, and we had to take photos and videos to make sure we didn't lose any key cards and to prove our check-out time, otherwise we'd be fined. The complete opposite of a smooth and relaxing experience. I come from Greece and I'm used to completely different standards where you meet your host and they are friendly, flexible and accommodating. Not this thing where you feel you'll be fined if you do something wrong or you are late. Also the accommodation was very basic inside compared to the price we paid. Never again, I'd rather pay for a hotel next time.
