Check in was very easy. The unit was clean and comfortable. Suitable for family of 3 or 4. Since it was a long holiday, the pool was crowded but my kid still enjoy swimming. However some of the kids slide was closed due to maintenence/safety reason. There is a cafeteria besides the pool with reasonable price.
The check out time should follow most hotels regulation at 12 pm. It will be more convenience for customer.

Loved the location as they are many restaurants nearby even walking distance. Facilities was good with swimming pool, kids pool, gym and also playground. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Good location, nice sea view. Nearby restaurants with one being indian (Desilicious). Good pool & gym. Kitchen had cuttleries (spoons, bowls & plates), dishwashing liquid, microwave, induction cooker, one pan, mini fridge, electric kettle but no coffee / tea & sugar! Bedroom had 2 comfortanle beds.
You get only one access card so if you are staying with someone else then if one goes out the second cant go out as you need access card to use the lift to go up (return). No hand wash and hand towels provided (a "showel gel cum shampoo" provided). No coffee / tea & sugar sachets provided The sofa in the hall could be longer such that if reqd one can sleep on it.
