The unit was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The WiFi was easy to connect to and worked well throughout my stay. I also loved the beautiful view overlooking Encore Melaka and the swimming pool. The unit came with useful amenities such as an iron, water kettle, refrigerator, and basic utensils. A bonus was that we were provided with two parking lots, which was very convenient. Special thanks to Alviv Management for making our stay so smooth and comfortable. Their team was very responsive and even had their own technician on standby to assist with any issues. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The price was decent, especially for the 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment's space is quite large with 2 bathrooms and 2 beds in every bedroom. It means it can accommodate a lot of people, which means the price can be ridiculously low per person. We are only a small family of 3, so it was huge for us. We could sleep well enough.

Unfortunately the good part had a downside. The upkeep of the apartment was not on standard, especially considering it cannot be older than 7 or 8 years highest. A summary: The wifi connection was useless; there was mold in one of the bathrooms (which didn't have a window outside, so the ventilation probably wasn't switched on enough over the years) and shower head, which then probably caused mold also in the airconditioning of the connected bedroom; the tv only had 2 channels and no working game connection; all the 3 remote controllers of the airconditioning had empty batteries (which we then bought ourselves); the fussball table and snooker table were both unstable; there was no laundry detergent.
