It's very comfortable and clean! The rooms were really spacious and cold. The price is also quite reasonable as well! Other than that, the building is also not quite far from town.
In my opinion, everything was okay to me. However, I stayed at 33A-18, in the bathroom in the first room (on the right), the shower head was a little bit too high and couldn't be adjusted.. but it's not serious. Everything was fine.

Ease of check-in and checkout, easy to converse with the owner, fast response, overall clean room.
A wardrobe or something along the lines to keep clothes in the small room would have been helpful. As soon as we entered the house had a damp smell, we later found it was from the stack of futons in the master bedroom, and the stack of futons and pillows made it very difficult to hang clothes in the room making it very messy to manage the clothes.
