Villa was clean and comfortable. Great location with nice restaurants and shopping around the villa. Staff very friendly.

It would have been good to have fresh towels for the pool daily.

We liked the location. Loved the privacy.

Only issue was the firm beds, only because we like medium firm but otherwise, no issues at all.

Everything!! The Villa was perfect for family, the beds were incredibly comfortable and spacious ,showers were all great pressure & temp. We felt completely safe with locked gate and safes. The pool was just the right size and clean and temp for the BEST fun.. Location was Great. To top off our stay the STAFF were just AMAZING, shout out to ANO & GIO they were so warm , happy & accommodating to all our needs!!

Mr. Anoo was helpful, fast to response and easy to communicate. Thou is his day off, he still make the effort to send a fan down to us due to the faulty air conditioning.

On the day of our arrival, the pool water was visibly cloudy. My family went swimming and subsequently experienced red eyes and skin irritation. After showering, they also noticed a slimy residue on their skin. We reported this to the villa staff but were informed that the pool condition was normal. We retired for the night at around 11:00 p.m. The following morning, we discovered a dead squirrel in the pool, which was only removed before noon. I requested that the pool be drained and properly sanitised; however, I was told this was the first time such an incident had occurred and that they needed to consult a pool specialist. We were also informed that draining the pool would take too long and therefore could not be done. When we returned later, the pool water appeared clearer, but our children no longer felt comfortable swimming in it. The second issue involved the air-conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms where our toddler was sleeping, which was not functioning from the first day of our stay. Villa staff had to enter the villa daily to inspect the unit, resulting in a loss of privacy and requiring us to pack up our belongings each morning and unpack them again at night. We did not move the toddler up to level 2 as it was unsafe with the flight of stairs. And for level 1, that is the only bathroom that comes with a bath tub. Mr Anoo initially provided one fan, and a few days later, an additional fan. The air-conditioning was only repaired on the day we checked out. The third incident concerned our checkout. Although the villa had granted us a late checkout, staff entered our villa at the standard checkout time of 11:00 a.m. without any prior notice. Throughout our stay, staff repeatedly accessed the villa with/ without informing us, which was unexpected and uncomfortable. This was my first experience staying in a villa where staff entered the property without notification during the entire stay.
