Great location, wonderful staff, great size room

This is a gem of a place to stay. Super close to the heart of Seminyak, only 200mt from Bintang Supermarket and a comfortable stroll to the beach etc. Staff are absolutely wonderful, very accommodating & friendly whilst being almost invisible. Our 1-bd villa was fantastic size. Huge bed, modern Android TV, heaps of storage and fully functional kitchen. The private plunge pool & secluded yard was a highlight. Daily breakfast we found was delicious and recommend the nasi goreng or mei goreng. Value for money is excellent and we will happily stay here again any time.

Stayed for 3nights. Every night/day next unit/villa heard loud moaning and bed banging at 1+am, 5+am and 8+am. So loud as if they needed the whole neighborhood to know of their coitus. Last night was worst as they blasted the arabic music so loudly at 1+am. Incredibly disgusted with such inconsiderate guests.

Comfortable bed and villa inside though outside is in need of maintenance urgently , the deck is so dangerous , I felt like I would fall through in Villa 5 . The bathroom mirror also needs replacing . The staff are lovely and the breakfast is fantastic and filling . The bath outside while lovely takes two hours to fill. If these issues are fixed it will be a place we would return to .
