Rez-de-chaussée d'une petite maison, un petit logement où on se sent bien. Literie confortable, douche agréable, cuisine bien équipée, et café prévu, attention appréciée !
Un peu excentré et pentu, mais pas insurmontable, avec un tramway à proximité. Une petite table pour manger dehors serait un plus.

Appartement propre et accueillant, bien placé par rapport à l'endroit ou je devais travailler. Facilité pour les clés et petits mots d'accueil des hotes.
Pas de rideaux occultants (sauf sur la porte) et aucune insonorisation avec l'appartement des propriétaires au dessus (on entend la machine à laver, chaque chaise bougée ou même les assises qui grincent, les enfants qui jouent, les conversations en bruit de fond...)
