Le studio est proche de la gare, des bus et du centre ville. Donc, c'est pratique. La vue est sur le porte de Brest. Bien équipé et bien rénové.
Le studio est bien équipé mais je trouve qui ça manquait un balais. On ne peut pas dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte car le studio est au RDC (ce qui est bien pour qui a une poussette) et il y a des voitures qui passent.

L’emplacement est idéal à 3 minutes à pieds de la gare elle même proche du centre. Le logement est sobre lumineux pratique et « spacieux ». Très simple d’accès, c’est vraiment un appartement hôtel.
La télé ne fonctionne pas (à vrai dire je n’en avais pas besoin)

Les linges de lits ont une odeur d’humidité Il manque de serpillière dans la kitchenette 1 ou 2 rouleaux de sopalins et de wc de plus seraient bien Coin buanderie très sale
