Just a small note — the hot water ran out quickly during my evening shower. Footsteps from the upstairs neighbors were also a bit noticeable

Séjour d'environ une semaine: l'accueil par la propriétaire Amandine fut formidable!!! la propreté de l'appartement impeccable + le confort et le côté "cosy" de l'appartement très appréciable + les équipements très satisfaisant + la proximité du centre ville ((à faire à pied ou en tramway...) très pratique - Très bon rapport qualité/prix - À louer ABSOLUMENT

Appartement correspondant exactement à son descriptif. Très propre et très bien aquipé. L’accueil est parfait avec en plus des conseils de visites très judicieux.

Seul petit bémol, le stationnement qui est un peu loin. Devant l’appartement le stationnement est payant.

L'appartement est vraiment tres bien agence, pratique, il y a l'essentiel, le petit patio exterieur est ravissant.

Il etait difficile de fermer les volets cote rue. Meme si j'y suis arrivee. Cze n'est pas essentiel mais c'est dommage vu l'ensemble

Appartamento tranquillo,in zona semi centrale. Letti comodi, bagno grande. Piano terra con poca luce

alloggio abbastanza grande, bagno con ottima doccia. posizione tranquilla

non c'erano asciugamani, cosa che ritengo una mancanza; ho scoperto in loco che non erano inclusi nei servizi. Li ritengo una dotazione fondamentale. anche i prodotti da bagno non sono stati all'altezza (un poco di sapone per le mani).

Sehr saubere, zentral gelegene und super ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer sehr hilfsbereiten, unkomplizierten und freundlichen Gastgeberin. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in Brest!

Séjour très satisfaisant .

Accueil très agréable avec une bienveillante disponibilité pour me donner tous les renseignements utiles pour un très bon séjour serein , avec des informations précises sur le fonctionnement des éléments ménagers et autres. Appartement bien agencé, très propre , clair et calme tout en se situant en centre ville . Une adresse à garder pour soi ... mais à faire partager par tous !

Appartement idéalement placé en centre ville et proche de la ligne de tram. Il est confortable et très bien équipé.

Le stationnement dans la rue est payant entre 9 h et 19h, et il n'est pas toujours facile d'y trouver une place. Il y a toutefois possibilité de stationnement gratuit à 6 min à pied.

Appartement adapté à un séjour pour visite famille dans l’impossibilité de recevoir.

La personne chargée de la conciergerie est très aimable et ponctuelle aux rendez-vous fixés. Appartement en rez-de-chaussée de plein pied en plein centre de Brest avec toutes les disponibilités (tram, magasins, restaurants, stationnement gratuit à proximité). Chambre sur cour donc silencieuse, lit ferme et confortable. Salle d’eau spacieuse, grande douche avec ciel de pluie et douchette

J’ai eu un super accueil de la part de Virginie, Visite complète avec explications sur l’utilisation du matériel. L’appartement est très propre et moderne on y trouve tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour avec le confort d’un chez soi. Je reviendrais donc probablement
