Point de chute idéal à Brest !

Studio cosy, comme son nom l' indique...et très bien équipé, très propre, où on se sent comme chez soi ( enfin, pour ceux qui se sentent bien chez eux, bien sûr !) Bien situé dans le centre de Brest, il a correspondu à 100% à nos attentes! Cerise sur le gâteau : les propriétaires sont adorables, et leur chien Tintin nous a fait craquer!

Séjour parfait.

Le studio est tout proche du centre ville. Je n'ai perçu aucun bruit de la rue ou du voisinage durant mon séjour. Le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue, ainsi que dans les rues avoisinantes. Des dosettes de café sont à disposition pour le petit déjeuner.

Le propriétaire était très accueillant, l’appartement avait tout ce dont on avait besoin, bien localisé avec parking privé gratuit sur demande. Le bonus - le café et thé était disponible.

Les propriétaires annulent ma réservation la veille de mon arrivée et le jour J me dise que finalement l'appartement est disponible et que je peux la prendre. Or j'avais déjà réservé un autre logement pour mon déplacement et malgré ma demande ils ne veulent pas me rembourser.

Un logement qui porte bien son nom

J'ai apprécié l'accès autonome très clair, la propreté du studio, la disponibilité des propriétaires pour répondre rapidement à mes questions et leur préoccupation à garantir mon bien-être dans leur appartement, la mise à disposition de nombreux équipements. La proximité du lieu avec l'endroit où je devais travailler ce matin-là.

Je suis d'un naturel frileux et je ne suis pas parvenu à modifier la température du chauffage à mon arrivée. Toutefois le logement s'est avéré agréable et correctement chauffé.

Tout, le standing simple et efficace, amplement suffisant pour deux personnes, proche toutes commodités. La facilité de réservation et de communication par SMS. La literie était confortable. Le wifi et la connexion avec la TV c est top pour les jours de pluie et chiller au chaud. Les lieux sont accueillants , propres, bien organisés tout est réuni pour un bon séjour , les consignes sont bien expliquées et claires . Bravo vraiment bravo un pti cocon 😻
