La escalera muy sucia, la calefacción estaba bloqueada en 21 grados y hacía mucho frío No había suficiente café, apenas 2 días y mi hospedaje fue de 3 La lavadora siempre estuvo llena de ropa de cama que no se podía usarla

La douche est spacieuse, grande télé, cuisine équipée. Literie agréable et propre. Très peu cher

La table n'est pas pratique pour manger. Mauvaise insonorisation, on entends les voisins parler et les agents d'entretien. Au niveau des toilettes la brosse était dégoûtante. Mauvaise connexion internet, qui empêche de regarder Netflix.

Le petit déjeuner était préparé dans le coin kitchenette et aux beaux jours , on doit pouvoir le prendre dehors dans l’espace terrasse jardin .

L’emplacement du logement est situé dans un quartier assez bruyant et qui craint Des lave-linge sont à disposition dans les hall d’entrée en libre service Les gens les utilisent à toute heure ce qui est pénible(une personne a fait tourner sa machine à 1h du matin) les logements sont très mal isolés, on entend tout

Studios pas vraiment cozy

Studio clair et propre. Salle de bains pas grande mais douche confortable.

Nous avions 2 studios, 1 au 1er étage et 1 au 2ème. Pas précisé dans l'annonce: pas d'ascenseur, mais même pas de rampe pour monter l'escalier (personne à mobilité réduite). Dans l'escalier, fenêtre grande ouverte sur le vide avec risque de chute sur le trottoir. Parties communes (entrée, escalier, paliers) vraiment sales (taches, poussières, saletés). Très peu d'équipement de cuisine (vaisselle, grille-pain...) et de salle de bain (1 flacon de gel douche entamé), pas de congélateur, freezer du frigo d'un des appartements hors d'usage. Literie moyenne. Une seule table de chevet - à bascule - et une lampe de chevet pour 2. Pas d'endroit pour s'asseoir hormis le lit ou les chaises hautes devant la table haute et très étroite, genre bar, à peine assez grande pour le petit déjeuner. En gros: très sommaire, ne vaut pas le prix demandé, à peine au-dessus d'une auberge de jeunesse (j'en connais de nettement plus confortables en Grande Bretagne ou en Hollande).

Décevant

Intérieur correspond aux photos sur booking. Bien rangé. Appartement généralement bien équipé. Accès facile par un code. Assez proche du centre Jaurès.

Je ne comprends vraiment pas ces très bonnes évaluations. - Communication avec l’hôte inexistante, il/elle ne répond pas aux messages. - Pour un séjour de 6 jours, à l’arrivée, il n’y avait qu’un demi-rouleau de papier de toilette, sans aucun rouleau de réserve. - Très mal insonorisé, on entend absolument tout (même la chasse d’eau de l’appartement au-dessus). - Quartier peu rassurant: il y a plusieurs épaves sur le parking en face et dans les rues à côté (ex. rue Jules Ferry). - Propreté superficielle - le sol était sale quand j’ai passé un essuie-papier mouillé, odeur de transpiration assez forte en arrivant.
