Cosy and private annex near center plaza, perfect for exploring Brest
Host friendliness , availability , and help. Good privacy, with garage (although a bit cumbersome to open and close). Coffee machine with capsules. Shower (although small, it was good and included shampoo and gel).
Bed or pillows seemed to wake you my allergies, making it difficult for me to sleep. (My companion slept ok!)

Very good value for the price
La petite maison is located in a funky part of town, but it does not feel unsafe. Lots of ethnic stores, odd watering holes. Metal curtains over shop windows are often covered with graffiti, BCN or BKN style. The place itself is small but clean, perfect for a short stay on a budget.

The place is within a patio with garages around without any light. At night time after a long drive, it was awkward to find the place. When you enter the place, it smells very bad humidity. First night was not easy to sleep. The next night we had to leave the window open. If there was a kettle in the kitchen, it would be nice.

La tranquillité, la proximité du centre ville. Garage pour la voiture.
Pas de chance, je n'ai pas eu de beau temps, mais ce n'était pas de la faute des propriétaires, dans le logement il y avait beaucoup de prospectus pour les visites sur Brest.

L'emplacement dans la ville et le garage. la terrasse. Endroit très calme et tranquille.
Au milieu des garages. Studio bien équipé et pourtant pas à l'aise, l'odeur à l'intérieur n'est pas agréable. Le manque de place dans la douche car sur équipée. Les tabourets de la cuisine sont trop gros ils tiennent toute la place.
