我們入住的時候，還沒有清潔房間，不過聯絡房東後很快就有人來清潔。不過也花了點時間。房東原本說會退回清潔費用，但是最後卻沒有兌現承諾。

地方整潔，裝修美麗，舒適。有歡迎入住的禮物。

Mi aspettavo di meglio

La posizione è ottima, vicinissima alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici, in una zona in cui sono presenti ristoranti, supermercati e negozi essenziali. La struttura è moderna e ben arredata, carina la distribuzione su due livelli e la vasca in camera.

La pulizia era scarsissima, c'era polvere ovunque, le asciugamani e il tappeto erano macchiati e ho addirittura trovato uno strofinaccio nel lavandino e un guanto nel cassetto del bagno. Non è presente l'aria condizionata e l'alloggio diventa caldissimo nelle giornate di sole. Non sono presenti zanzariere alle finestre e al piano di sopra non è possibile mettere degli oscuranti quando le finestre sono aperte. La carta igienica a disposizione è stata insufficiente per la durata del soggiorno così come i prodotti per la doccia. Ci hanno chiesto di lavare le stoviglie e gettare la spazzatura prima di lasciare l'appartamento e il sidro che doveva essere un regalo di benvenuto aveva un pessimo sapore. La porta del bagno era difettosa e il portoncino dell'appartamento non trasmette sicurezza. Infine le scale per raggiungere l'appartamento sono fredde e hanno un cattivo odore.

Pas assez de rangement, pommeau de douche qui glissait ( on pouvait se blesser). Les portes de la douche et des toilettes ne se fermaient pas

Séjour reposant

Venu avec mon copain, nous avons passé un très bon week-end. L’appartement est incroyable, ça donne envie d’y habiter! 🥰en plus d’être décoré avec goût, les équipements mis à disposition rajoutent du confort au séjour. (Cafetière à grains, enceinte, plaid, bougies... il y a même un appareil à raclette dans les équipements !) le gros plus pour nous a été l’ensemble « cheminée électrique » fasse au lit et à la baignoire et rétroprojecteur permettant de prendre un bain en regardant un programme.😊 Autre gros plus: la localisation du logement. Tout est accessible à pied: restaurants, cinémas, boutiques.. possibilité de se rendre à la gare à pied ou ligne direct de tram passant juste à côté.

S’il devait y avoir une chose à améliorer ce serait, pour moi la télé du salon qui est, je trouve trop haute donc pas très confortable à regarder.

l'appartement est très bien agencé avec beaucoup de gout sans perte de place . la décoration est très actuelle moderne cuisine bien équipée cafetière avec broyeur au top comme a la maison une mention particulière pour la cheminée et la baignoire un pur bonheur et de détente . merci a vous pour ce séjour
