Close to the train station (5-minute walk), the shops on Rue Jean JAURES and Siam, the Cinéma Liberté, the Saint-Louis Market, the marina, a supermarket 100 meters away, and Morvan Hospital...
The airport is 15 minutes away. Public transportation, including the tram and bus, is right next to the apartment.
The apartment overlooks the southern side of Brest, with ocean views from the living room and one bedroom. It has been recently renovated. The residence is quiet and close to all amenities. The 13- and 12-square-meter bedrooms are equipped with 160x200 beds. Linens (sheets, bath towels, dish towels) will be provided for the duration of your stay.

Cet appartement assez grand est tout à fait charmant et aménagé avec goût.
Il bénéficie, en outre, d'un très bon emplacement, à proximité de la Mairie et de la Place de la Liberté, en plein centre-ville. A seulement dix minutes de la gare.
Le propriétaire, Yann, est aux petits soins avec ses locataires, toujours prêt à rendre service et est très sympathique. On sent qu'il est engagé dans ce qu'il fait et soucieux que tout soit parfait.
Je conseille donc vivement cette location à ceux qui recherchent une valeur sûre.
