Perfect place to stay while exploring Brest and Bretagna. Lovely quiet apartment with everything you might need and free parking around the corner. A bakery is right across the street and down the street you will find a great local cheese shop.

Good

Wifi was great and bathroom was clean. The apartment was nice but I would recommend it only for couple not for friends or colleagues due to the rooms distribution.

Surprisingly, pillows in the bed didn't seem clean or washed properly. If you book it for friends or colleagues, then one of you have to sleep in the kitchen and the entrance to bathroom is only via the bedroom - thus lack of privacy.

Good and comfortable stay. Apartments well equipped with all necessary thigs. Thanks to owners. Comfortable beds, good rest. Generally clean. No problem with packing, just a side in back of house on the street, for free.

Good evaluation and comfort is spoiled by high street noise. Noisy location. The early morning action on the street wakes you up. Loud noise, even with closed windows.

The apartment lives up to its name - Cosy and Comfortable. A great little find!

The location is a twenty minute walk from the centre of Brest - public transport access is easy as it is on a bus route. Great patisserie opposite the apartment - Saturday morning local market round the corner, ideal for fresh veggies. The owners forwarded some of the useful information to us prior to departure, proved very helpful, especially for things like identifying parking.

The drains in the bathroom(Shower and Sink) - stale odours. As there has been a change in some of the facilities that are locally open the useful Welcome booklet might need some updating.

A wonderful base apartment from which to explore the region.

The hosts were very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.

All of the lights were quite bright, I know it isnt much, but some less bright bulbs in the bedside lights would be cool.

the staff has been very helpful in giving suggestion and directions

given covid I would have expexted better cleaning - table cover with lots of spots- boiler and coffee machine with water on it obviously used by former guests. Bedsheets not ironed (probably washed but clearly over used) and only one medium size towel given to each guest. one towel was still wet- probably washed but not enough dried. in addition we were 3 and only 2 coffee cups were given. the area has very few services active --- probably because august

Für die eine Nacht war es in Ordnung für uns.

Es war sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation und der Check in haben einwandfrei geklappt. Es roch in der Wohnung nach frischen Handtüchern. Parkplätze waren in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Der Blick aus den Fenstern auf marode Nebengebäude. Fensterbänke und Fußleisten könnten einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Das Treppenhaus wirkt nicht einladend und roch nicht angenehm.

L'appartement est cosy, le lit est très bon. Les douches et le sanitaire, la cuisine parfaitement équipée. Les transports en commun facilement accessible.

Situé sur un axe pénétrant de Brest c'est bruyant malgré le double vitrage et les volets. Le confort tout relatif des tabourets en fer n'est pas très agréable. La difficulté de trouver à stationner.

Super appartement ! Je recommande.

Le logement était très propre, il sentait bon. Il y avait des dosettes de bienvenue. Emplacement nickel et parking dans la rue facile. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir. Le plus plus qui fait plaisir : le petit mot d'accueil personnalisé à l'entrée pour nous souhaiter un bon séjour !
