Cozy room, friendly host, a little apart from the centre, kitchen available.

We stayed with Marjorie for a night on our roadtrip. The room was clean, the shared bathroom, too. We could use her kitchen and had a coffee machine in our room. The room wasn't very spacious, but had everything we needed. If you want to visit the city and just look for a bed and shower, this absolutely does it. Marjorie is a very friendly and helpful host!

The location isn't that close to the touristy centre of Brest. Its possible to walk, but it takes a while (over half an hour). All facilities (Bathroom, Kitchen) except your room are shared. We didn't have to wait one and was of no problem to us, but it may bother others.

Marjorie est une hôte très sympa ! 😊 Les lits sont très confortables et le logement est très bien chauffé. Situé dans un quartier à la fois très calme et pratique: proche du tramway et d'un supermarché.

Puisqu'il faut trouver qqch: peut être un rideau pour moins éclabousser en se douchant. 😊

Parfait, je reviendrai à l'occasion.

Hôtesse charmante, passation des clefs simple et efficace. Chambre confortable, très propre, très accessible. Lit douillet, rangement. Espace toilette et douche commode et fonctionnel. WC séparé, juste en face la chambre. Possibilité d'accès à la cuisine pour stockage au frigo et bouilloire le matin. Place parking devant la maison.

Avons apprécié la convivialité de Marjorie, son accueil, sa disponibilité, à l'écoute, super discrète, agréable, gentille et puis tout et tout...... Logement très bien situé dans Brest La cohabitation avec d'autres locataires ne nous a pas gênée du tout dans la mesure où nous avons été tout de suite en confiance et à l'aise.

Notre séjour s’est bien passé !

Accueil chaleureux, le parking privé, maison très propre, calme, entourée d'arbres, prêt d’Arena mais dans un coin tranquille, notre chambre était à l’étage, avec salle de bain et WC communs mais personne nous a dérangé. La télévision était à notre disposition dans la chambre. Un petit salon avec les fauteuils pour lire un bouquin. La taille de lit 2 personnes est vraiment XL! Lit est très confortable. Nous avons utilisé réfrigérateur. Marjorie nous a proposé un café le matin.

Il manque que porte manteau dans la chambre et une lampe d’une côté de grande lit et à côté de petit lit. Sinon tout était parfait 👌

Je devais assister à un concert à Arena de Brest la chambre de Marjorie est vraiment ce qui est le plus près rien autour très pratique pour y retourner pour aller au toilette 10min à pied quand on fait la file d'attente , le plus près un carrefour pour acheter un souvenir, Marjorie très sympathique , très bonne communication endroit calme un peu retirer , la chambre très propre

pas de savon ou pouce pouce pour les mains, 1 couverture en plus serait la bien venue et 1 coussin en plus si il faut vraiment trouver quelque chose mais je suis frileuse de base et quand on attends des heures au froid pour un concert sa joue aussi d'autre n'en auront pas besoin

Wir hatten ein Gemeinschaftsbad und eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit der Eigentümerin des Privathauses. Sie und ihr Sohn haben sich aber so gut wie unsichtbar gemacht, solange wir da waren. Wir konnten das ganze Haus nutzen. Sie war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Es war ultra sauber.

Uns war nicht bewusst, dass wir mit der Familie sozusagen in einem Haushalt wohnen. Das war anfangs etwas seltsam. Für länger wäre das nichts für mich, aber wir waren nur 2 Tage dort.

Sympa et convivial

Belle maison particulière dans un lotissement très calme. L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux et la famille se coupe en quatre pour que le séjour soit agréable. D’ailleurs, il l’a été! Et ce, dans un respect réciproque.

Banlieue résidentielle, sans vrai restaurant à distance de marche. Par contre, des fast-foodset un Carrefour à côté duquel nous avons petit-déjeuné et fait le plein.

Situation parfaite, au calme

Situation parfaite ! Au calme d'une impasse, à deux pas de l Arena et du tramway qui mène au centre-ville. Marjorie nous a accueilli très gentiment et nous a bien conseillé pour nos déplacements dans Brest.

Calme et superbe accueil

Superbe accueil de la propriétaire. Logement au calme. Chambre et salle de bains propres. Bonne réactivité de Marjorie qui a répondu rapidement à nos questions et attentes par SMS. Avons apprécié les petites attentions à notre arrivée à savoir des capsules de café et sachets de thé mis à notre disposition. Notre hôte a libéré également une clayette de son frigo pour placer nos denrées alimentaires. Je recommande vivement cette chambre de passage.
