This place is absolutely PERFECT if you're spending time in Cannes! We had a group of six and it worked out beautifully plus, PARKING, which is a huge bonus in this area.
The apartment is in a great location, easy, safe, and short walk to the main part of town. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable for 6: one person on the pull-out sofa, two in one bedroom, and three in the other (one bed + a bunk bed). I wouldn’t recommend it for more than six, as it could start to feel tight. The bunkbeds seemed comfortable for a smaller adult but not a large adult. Would be perfect for kids.
Solvita was such a thoughtful, responsive, helpful host, she welcomed us with snacks, plenty of water, and even a bottle of wine. The apartment has 3 showers and comes stocked with everything you could need and was very clean. Also, each room has its own AC unit.
The only downside: the walls are thin, if you're a light sleeper like me, you may want to bring earplugs.
