Located in a residential area not far from a waterfront park. Location was nice and quiet.The property is definitely dated. Two rooms in the lower level basement and two in the first floor. Basement level is a painted concrete floor with rugs. We saw a few bugs in the bathroom down there.Small spaces in kitchen/dining/living areas, but it served its purpose for us as a quick one night stay before an early flight.

Nice cozy place. Plenty of room for us to spread out and still feel like we were together. Wish we had longer to stay here.
