Centrally located. Clean. Clean white sheets and fluffy soft white bath towels. Appreciated the bath products.
Pile of cigarette buts on entry steps. Door latch to apartment did not seem secure; no deadbolt option from inside. Nest thermostat broken. No screens on windows. Coffee carafe too short for coffee maker - had to rig up the pot to allow brewing.

Location and size were good
The mattresses are far beyond usable and need to be basically immediately changed. Nobody should be sleeping on those beds at this point. For future :I’d confirm with owner that new mattresses have been bought , otherwise wouldn’t stay here.
