Stay Anchorage! Furnished Two Bedroom Apartments With High Speed WiFi

The apartment building is a typical 4-plex in Anchorage, located in a pretty central family neighborhood. The apartment building is older and very clean. The shower had hot water, and the pressure was on point. It was amazing!

The instructions for the building's front entrance code was clear, but the apartment entrance wasn't. I figured it out eventually. I never got the TV Roku to work. But it was ok. I ended up reading most of the time I was in the apartment. Better for my brain. A suggestion: Motion-detection lights from the parking area to the front door, especially now that the night sky has returned

Velmi špatné vybavení kuchyně, dost špinavé nádobí. Při zadání adresy na google map vás to zavede do ulice z druhé strany parkoviště, kde je bordel, vraky vysoká tráva a dost vás to na první dojem může vyděsit, po chvilce hledání správné adresy se pak je potřeba přesunout ze správné strany. Dveře do pokoje byly hodně použité a nepůsobily bezpečně. Vstup na kod fungoval dobře. V přízemí u vstupu v chodbě byl trvalý zápach.

Centrally located. Clean. Clean white sheets and fluffy soft white bath towels. Appreciated the bath products.

Pile of cigarette buts on entry steps. Door latch to apartment did not seem secure; no deadbolt option from inside. Nest thermostat broken. No screens on windows. Coffee carafe too short for coffee maker - had to rig up the pot to allow brewing.

Well located and well stocked unit, was large, nicely decorated and quite spacious. They provided ample supplies like soap, shampoo, nice towels, coffee, sweetener, coffee mate, etc. it was nice to have a close-by reserved parking space. Mostly things worked fine in the unit.

The only issues we had with the property itself were the floor was unusually sticky and the bathroom sink clogged. The cleaning staff was very responsive and helpful, and they fixed the clog same day. But the floor, especially in the kitchen, remained sticky even after they came up to re-mop it. It was not too sticky in the bedrooms, but it was noticeable. It bothered us quite a bit, but we didn’t want any more disruptions to our stay here so we just lived with it. We had to wear shoes or slippers inside while staying here as our feet would have residue otherwise. The only other issue was that the unit was not cleaned nor ready when we checked in. While this was very inconvenient, since we arrived around midnight, and had no beds made to sleep in; we had to wait for the place to be cleaned and made up, so we didn’t get to bed until close to 1am. They were very apologetic, though no compensation nor late checkout was offered, and we just had to wait. The host / team was otherwise pleasant and responsive.
