The comforts of a suburban home close to everything Anchorage has to offer. Just 10 minutes from the airport and all major hospitals. 5 minutes or less to downtown, some great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping mall, concert and event venues(Alaska Airlines Center, Sullivan Arena, Ben Boeke Arena, Dempsey-Anderson Ice Arena). If you like to watch bush planes arriving and leaving from the world's busiest seaplane base, than this back deck is your spot in the summer.
This home is perfect for families, friends, or work travelers looking for something more private and authentic than a hotel. Every room comfortably sleeps at least 2. Great for socializing in the spacious common areas but with plenty of room for privacy.
*Please note - there is a small apartment under the back deck. It is also a vacation rental and the garage is attached to and only accessible to the apartment. They have their own parking and entrance on the back side of the building.

We had a wonderful stay. The response time was amazing even at 1:00 am when we had a question on the heater. We had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The house was centrally located making it super convenient for shopping and Dr appointments. Thank you
