About this house rental
Situated on a quiet street minutes from the airport, and blocks from the Coastal Trail, our freshly remodeled, four bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhome is spread out over three floors and sleeps eight.
One king in the master (with a private bathroom); one queen downstairs; and two full beds upstairs; in addition to an air mattress and pack-n-play (upon request). There are two separate living areas, a south facing yard, and plenty of parking spots on the public street.

Safe and quiet residential working class neighborhood. Close to coastal trail and less than a mile to Rustic Goat restaurant.
We owe our neighbors their right to quiet enjoyment of their homes in the neighborhood. With this in mind we require a signature agreement regarding guests and parties. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or your booking will be cancelled. The terms of the agreement are as follows:
1) Pets are strictly prohibited.
2) I attest that the only people that will be present in the home are the people listed in my booking.
3) I agree that guests are only allowed with prior written permission from the
owner.
4) Even with permission, all guests shall leave the premises prior to 10pm.
5) Violation of the above rules are grounds for immediate cancellation of booking, without refund. At that point you will be considered a trespasser and will be escorted off the property by the police.
We mean no offense by mandating this agreement, we only hope to protect our property and to be good neighbors. We appreciate your support and cooperation in this effort.

This was a great place to stay overall. We enjoyed the coziness of the home. It was very close to main highways so we could get around town easily. Hosts were great communicators as well! Would stay here again.

Property was a great spot for us to access the airport and utilize as a base for regional travel to sites. Setup of the unit offered privacy for everyone in our six person group. Neighborhood was quiet and site was very clean with all of the same cities we needed.

Communication with the host was great but the house was a bit old and run down. Had a pretty bad pet smell as well. It was decorated nicely and pretty spacious but not furnished well at all. Towels cookware ect. Overall mediocre at best
