Property was very clean , Kayla and Dylan were very prompt , responsive and helpful. They offered excellent suggestions for things to do . They picked us up from the airport and allowed us use of the car to get to a meeting place upon our departure . They were wonderful hosts

Property was listed as new build when we booked. They are definitely updating it and what they have done so far is done very nicely. It’s just not finished which would have been nice to know. Many light switches and power plugs did not have plate covers. Light fixtures, bathroom fans and stove top vent just hanging by wires. The two bedrooms downstairs were totally unfinished with tvs and mirrors sitting on floor and leaning against the wall. Not one closet had a door on it and many with unfinished trim and nails sticking out. There was a kitchen table but no chairs in sight. A few bar stools but not usable for the table to eat or play games at.
The couple that was cleaning when we got there was super polite and very nice. I believe they were the owners. I think it will be very nice when they are done but if I had smaller children I would definitely have been upset as it would have been an issue with all the uncovered electrical plugs and switches. There is a strange door in one of the downstairs bedroom that has a ladder down it into some type of crawl space. I have a teenage daughter and I wouldn’t let her stay down there as I didn’t know where it went and no way to lock from above.
Again, I think it will be a really nice place once it’s finished but if you have young kids…I would be cautious.
