One of the best locations in Breckenridge! Sleeps 9 comfortably
You cannot beat the location! The Gondola to Peak 8 is across the street- 5 minute walk to bus station and steps to Main Street and Historic Downtown Breckenridge! Much more convenient to town than ski in/ski out. You do not have to get into your vehicle once you arrive - walk to gondola to Breckenridge ski resort, restaurants, bars, shops, etc.!
Newly refinished Hardwood Floors, Brand New LR Furniture and decor, Stainless Appliances. Enjoy the Deck with views of the Breck's 5 peaks for morning coffee or to watch our amazing Colorado sunsets. Convenient Gas Fireplace in living room, Tempurpedic king mattress in primary bedroom, gas firepit in the back with Restoration Hardware teak furniture.

The home was perfect for our trip (7 adults). Spacious, clean, chic, and had all the amenities we needed and more. I don't think the photos do it justice! The location was great too (walkable to the gondola and main street). Would definitely stay again. The host was super accommodating and responsive - thank you!

Perfect Mountain Getaway!
This property was a perfect retreat!! The home is beautifully maintained, with spacious, cozy living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. The deck offers truly stunning views of the resort, and it's just a short walk to town and the gondola.
The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, and the location couldn’t be better. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were very warm and accommodating.
Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing mountain escape. We can’t wait to return!!
