This 3,400-square-foot hillside home is designed for gathering. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are filled with natural light from surrounding windows, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Step onto the southwest-facing private balcony to unwind after a day outdoors. With a grill and seating area, the covered deck is ideal for relaxed outdoor dining during warmer months.

The main level features a queen bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom. Upstairs, the inviting primary suite offers a king bed, TV, serene wooded views, and a private ensuite bath. 2 additional queen bedrooms on this level share a hall bathroom. On the lower level, the family room provides a comfortable retreat with plush seating and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. Younger guests will love the playful double bunk room, which shares a bathroom with the neighboring queen bedroom.

Built into the hillside, Raven's Call Chalet is the upper residence and shares a wall with the lower Raven's Bungalow Chalet. The 2 homes are connected by a locked interior access door. Each residence maintains its own private entrance, garage, hot tub, deck, scenic views, and outdoor living areas. Raven's Call parking and garage access are located via the alley above High Street, while Raven's Bungalow access is from High Street below. When rented separately, each home remains fully private with no shared guest areas.

Great Raven Grande
For larger groups, combine Raven's Call Chalet (6 bedrooms) and Raven's Bungalow Chalet (4 bedrooms) to create the Great Raven Grande, offering 10 bedrooms and accommodations for up to 23 guests. This combined layout is ideal for extended families or group getaways. Each chalet retains its own exterior access, with the option to move between the homes through the interior access door, which remains locked when the residences are rented separately. Raven's Bungalow parking and garage access are located on High Street, while Raven's Call Chalet parking and garage access are via the alley above High Street.
