The host was very welcoming! The home is beautifully kept, charming, spacious, and had all the amenities one could possibly need. There is plenty of space for a large family which we appreciated for our stay.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

We stayed at Aspen Grove Chalet for seven days during Christmas week. The home was generally comfortable and the layout was great for a party of 8. During our stay, several features were not working (elevator, oven hood, and wine fridge), and while the property manager tried to help, repairs weren’t possible during the busy holiday period. One of the beds also had dog hair on the sheets and seemed like it had not been changed before we arrived. The property manager was very responsive when we reached out. Overall, we had a good stay, but given the high seasonal price, we expected all amenities to be fully operational and the property to be clean.
