This well laid out & pet-friendly home offers 3 living spaces across 3 floors for maximum entertainment. Gather for shuffleboard, movies, or arcade fun in the game room, then unwind in the large professionally maintained hot tub. With a yoga focused gym and numerous culinary spaces abound, Ydalir Haus promises an indulgent mountain getaway for all.
The Space:
The Residence
Welcome to Ydalir Haus, a Sapphire Bespoke Retreat in a quiet Breckenridge neighborhood, just 7-10 minutes from skiing and downtown. This 6-bedroom, 4 full bath and 2 half bath home is a comfortable place for groups who want time together and a little peace and quiet. It spans three levels, each with its own living area and fireplace (wood, gas, or electric), so there's always a cozy spot to gather. The upper level has a well-equipped kitchen, a roomy dining area, a large living room with mountain views, and a deck surrounded by evergreens. It also has a private king suite on the same floor as the primary great room, handy for extra privacy or multigenerational stays. The lower level is the fun space, with shuffleboard, arcade games, a movie library, a gaming console, and a second full kitchen.

The Experience
We designed Ydalir Haus to be a relaxed place to spend time with your group. Start your morning with coffee from the in-house coffee bar, fit in some yoga or weights in the gym, and wind down in the evening with arcade games, shuffleboard, a movie, or the game console.
After a day out, you can soak in the hot tub under the stars. Yoga mats and blocks are on hand, and the WiFi is fast and reliable, with smart TVs throughout. Your four-legged family members are welcome too.

The Grounds
The home is surrounded by tall pines, and its large windows are great for a quiet morning coffee, an après-ski drink, or a bit of stargazing. There's a one-car heated garage and a large driveway, so parking is easy even for bigger groups. In summer, wildflowers bloom across the yard, and in winter there are plenty of cozy spots to sit and watch for wildlife. Whether you're enjoying a glass of wine on the deck or playing fetch with your dog, we hope the setting helps you slow down and enjoy each other's company.

Getting Around:
Just a short walk from the house, you will find the free shuttle pick up for Breckenridge/Skiing. Within 1 mile is the pickup and drop off points for the shuttle.
Other Things to Note:
Travel & Transport:
Colorado's traction law, active from September 1 to May 31, requires passenger vehicles to have at least one of the following: snow/all-weather/M+S tires with adequate tread of 3/16th of an inch, a four-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicle with all drive wheels engaged, or chains or an approved alternate traction device. These requirements are mandatory on certain highways like I-70 and 285 during the season, regardless of current weather. This includes reasonable expectation of the ability to drive with snow and ice present. We cannot provide refunds for vehicles that become stuck or require towing, and we are unable to provide recovery services. Winter Weather Advisory: During winter and some months surrounding the winter season, all driveways, walkways, decks/patios, and roads may be covered in snow and ice, requiring caution and adequate footwear for persons and vehicles to have four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive for safe navigation of area roads.
Each home comes with an Amenity Kit that includes 2 rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, dish soap, and some dishwasher tabs.
The home offers parking for up to 5 vehicles, with a heated 1-car garage.
No smoking allowed on premises - $750 Fee.
Security cameras on-site over driveway.
Gas fireplaces shut off May 15-Sept 15 due to radiant heat.

Great property, very spacious with three levels. We had a large group with four children, the house was perfect for all of us! They even had complementary gates to put on stairs for our little ones. Highly recommend, very responsive host and proximity to downtown is a bonus!

Our group had a great time at this house, it is in a great location and very well stocked. It was within walking distance of downtown and the gondola. The host was very responsive whenever we had a question, we would definitely stay here again.
