Located less than a mile from historic downtown, you will be close enough to all of the action. At your fingertips, you will have access to shops, restaurants, bars, museums, and other fun activities that Breckenridge has to offer. If you can't decide where to start, the spectacular Breckenridge overlook is a short 4 minute walk from your accommodation.
Getting Around:
The Breck free ride bus is a convenient option, with Nordic Center bus stop on the Black Express Route only a 4 minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. The garage has a height of 7', larger vehicles will not fit. Pets are allowed, pet fees apply. Please ask us for more information.
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

8/10The property has a great location and has plenty of space. My only complaint is that the property needs a bit of TLC. The carpet is tired, lots of chipped paint on the furniture and cabinets, the pool table only had one functional cue stick,

This property is close to the peak 8 gondola, which is great. But we arrived to broken glass around the hot tub, jewel pod caps strewn on the living room floor, and a broken bed frame (this bedroom also had no window covering). The kitchen counters and dining table also could have been cleaner, and the photos did not portray the kitchen accurately: there is absolutely no room in the kitchen for more than 2 people, and the fridge doors when open block access to/from the living room. One positive note: the beds were all clean and comfortable.
