I loved the warm welcomes, great vibe and creative decor. The lush gardens and pool were wonderful serene spaces.

We had a fire alarm and evacuation late one night. Whilst I was grateful and impressed with the functioning alarm etc I was a little surprised there was no follow up the next day to acknowledge the fire evacuation. An explanation of what happened and why would have helped feelings of safety and security. A simple check-in to make sure all guests were ok would have gone a long way. For some it may have been a little stressful.

Beautiful hotel with the best hotel pool I've ever been in (not sure why it was mostly empty? works for me!). The design really shines throughout the property. It was good to have the free shuttle to avoid walking in the heat. The lush greenery makes it feel even more peaceful. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Either the walls are paper thin or our neighbors were extremely loud screaming in the evenings 🫠 WiFi could be faster, but it was workable. Would appreciate water in shared spaces, especially around the pool area.

Cool design, lovely pool and most of all amazing staff

The private pool party on the Saturday, was quite disruptive and meant we weren’t able to relax by the pool.

Everything about the property was excellent. That notwithstanding, i loved their selection of breakfast and portion sizes. Everything was exceptionally prepared
