Warm welcome by the St. Regis staff and wonderful stay. The room was so elegant with a perfect touch of luxury especially after the hotel renovation. The room amenities were fantastic. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was excellent with variety of dishes to choose from.

The room was of a good size, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff and service were exemplary throughout our stay.
However, there were a couple of concerns. Each night, there were persistent noises coming from the roof, similar to a broken pipe, which made it quite difficult to fall asleep. Additionally, a few of my makeup items were found broken during the stay. I am unsure how this occurred, but it was disappointing.
