When I extended my one night stay refused to give me the same rate I booked earlier

The staff were very attentive, the pool was fantastic (really appreciated that we could use the pool after checkout as we had a late flight). The buffet breakfast was yummy and good value.
Bit far from the station but this was mitigated with the shuttle.
