Neat well maintained, polite staff , very courteous. Checking in was smooth and hassle free. Availability of a kitchenette made our stay more comfortable:)

The apartment was amazing - I felt right at home. The bed was super comfortable - the apartment very spacious - super quiet and clean. The shower was equally great.

The staff at LeGrove (reception, house/room and catering and even gate-house) were exceptionally helpful, courteous and friendly. All were extremely polite and friendly. Their professional demeanor made our stay very enjoyable.
This level of service is rare in comparison to some of the other facilities that we have stayed in the same area. The facilities and cleanliness are of a high standard and very well maintained.
Congratulations to the management for the high standards of service delivery training.
Breakfast was good and staff were very attentive and helpful.
There was adequate quantity and the quality and range of food was also very good.
However, we noticed that a few selected guests were piling alot of breakfast food on trays and taking these to their apartments (daily).
Our suggestion is that breakfast should be consumed in the breakfast area only.

No breakfast on weekends or holidays. No shops/restaurants within comfortable walking distance'. Room just didn't feel comfortable.
