Convenient location
- I requested not to arrange my room at the end of the hallway. But my room was at the end of the hallway
- my room is facing all aircon compressor from the building opposite. I never stayed in a 5 stars hotel with a poor view like this. Which is not worth for the room rate.
- especially I mentioned would be appreciated to have a nice room, as this was a trip to celebrate my birthday with my family.
- From my past experience with Grand Hyatt, it was very thoughtful, attention to details. But this time was disappointed , room is dusty, still had sauces from my in room breakfast after housekeeping services.
- lastly, was surprised even was my birthday, not even a greeting card in the room when checking in.
