The pellet heater in the room kept us nice and warm , was relaxing but didn't see the value for money
When we arrived there was no key left for us in lock box , was very stressful as no one was answering their phone to help , it got sorted out not long later tho , our biggest problem was it was marketed as being 'private' yet we could see thro the fence at our neighbours, hear every conversation as they are close , there is a path that other guests can walk on abd see you in your hot tub , also the toilet area has no privacy screen /door
