I’m afraid that anything positive was negated by the issues we had.
A modern house that needs some TLC. The door was hanging off the washing machine cupboard. The garden was neglected with weeds growing through the patio, the hot tub lid was broken so the hot tub couldn’t be used, this was the main reason for us booking this property. We were a group of friends and so our other prerequisite was two bathrooms, but one of those was out of service because the shower door fell off. The owner did attend and acknowledge the issues, however I’ve had to deal with Sykes Cottages who were the booking agent (even though it was through booking .com) and they have been truly awful to deal with - and that’s when you can get hold of them which is a virtual impossibility. It’s also worth mentioning that the bunk beds are only fit for children as the mattresses are so thin and the bed linen in the double room with the bath had large holes in it. There was a very large camper van parked on the drive reducing the available parking space. A very disappointing experience.

Wouldn’t stay again.
The facilities were not useable, we paid over £1,000 for two nights which the details stated we had access to a hot tub however we were not able to use it. Communication from the manager and owner was super poor
