Idyllic situation. Beautiful gardens. Exceptionally well-appointed accomodation with beautiful furniture, appliances and decor,amazingly comfortable bed and first class full English breakfast,along with very generous offerings of yoghurt, fresh fruit, fruit juice, biscuits etc. Our hosts, Kate and James are lovely, warm and kind people who give their all to make sure that their guests have a wonderful stay.

Everything. It is in a most beautiful setting. We were in Apple Lodge a stone and oak rafters building constructed in the ancient method of using wooden pegs. However, it has a very modern look inside. Spacious, very comfortable and with everything you need for a very relaxing stay. James & Kate are wonderful hosts and they cook an excellent full English breakfast. We would always be happy to return. Dennis & Tracey

We spent two nights at Shave Farm. Beautiful, roomy accommodation - clean and tidy. Tasty and very filling breakfasts. Lovely shower, which was a real bonus considering the extremely hot weather we had during our stay! James & Kate were great hosts, very friendly and welcoming. James checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable, offering extra cold drinks and ice, which we found very thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you James & Kate!
