No parking space

I did not stay in this property after I paid for it. I got there at 2100 hours, and there was no legal parking spot available. All the parking spaces were taken by other cars. If I am traveling, I will not know my ETA until I am on my way. If parking space is an issue, you should specifically say to not come at later hours to he able to get a parking space or just be transparent and tell people that there is no parking at all for your property. I called the owner, and no one responded eother. In the end, I ended up staying the night at a real hotel and losing the money I paid to stay in this property.

Es war ekelhaft!

Die Wohnung ist widerlich! Die Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt und war bereits vom Vormieter genutzt worden. In der Wohnung wird geraucht, sodass es die ganze Woche nach Zigarettenqualm stank. Es gibt keine richtige Heizung, nur einen uralten Gas-Etagenofen, der nachts laute Geräusche macht und wie ein Campingkocher mit einer Flamme gezündet wird. Im Badezimmer gibt es gar keinen Heizkörper, es ist nur ein kleiner Heizlüfter vorhanden, der für die Beheizung absolut unzureichend ist. Das Warmwasser der Dusche funktioniert nicht, es ist entweder eiskalt oder kochend heiß. Es haben noch Kosmetikartikel der Vormieter im Badezimmer herumgelegen. Das WC war dreckig. Das Geschirr der Küchenzeile war dreckig. Es waren Flecke auf den Stuhlpolstern. Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt mithilfe einer PDF-Wegbeschreibung und einem Code für einen Schlüsselkasten über eine Seitenstraße durch eine dunkle Garage. Die Vermieter habe ich nie gesehen. Angeblich wird die Wohnung gemäß E-Mail Kontakt von einem "Christoph und Vivien" vermietet, jedoch glaube ich aufgrund der vielen Anschriften und Briefkästen ("Nizar" u.a.) die dort an der Tür hängen, dass das alles nur ein riesengroßer Fake ist.

Für eine Nacht absolut ok.

Es war einfach zu finden und der Zugang wurde gut erklärt.

Wenn man durch das angegebene Tor geht, steht man vor den Mülltonnen und in einem nicht gerade sauberen Hinterhof. Beim Fernseher vermisste ich normale Fernsehsender.

Der Innenhof war schön, die Menge an Fenster, Kissen, Sitzplatz mit Tisch

Toilette Spülung war echt laut, Straße entlang war sehr laut auch Abends und nachts, Messer war echt stumpf

Ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt

Für eine Übernachtung war das wunderbar. Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Die Stadt in zu Fuß erreichbar. Liebevolle Einrichtung und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter .

Die Mikrowelle hat etwas gefehlt.
