Muy buena ubicación, tranquilo, a 10 minutos andando de las principales visitas turísticas y del puerto de donde salen muchas excursiones , con todos los servicios al lado, muy limpio, habitación amplia con buenos colchones , buen aire acondicionado, muy fácil el auto check in con las indicaciones de Paola

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Mancini in occasione della nostra prima volta a Napoli. Siamo stati benissimo! Paola, a cui va un nostro speciale ringraziamento, è stata super gentile e molto disponibile in ogni momento. Ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni utili per visitare la città e consigliato alcuni posti dove poter mangiare. Inoltre ci ha fatto trovare delle bottiglie di acqua fresca in frigo che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La casa è accogliente, spaziosa, pulita (riassettata ogni giorno), dotata di ogni comfort...perfino le zanzariere alle finestre!, ed è silenziosa (nota davvero positiva in una città "verace" come Napoli). La posizione è ottima per potersi spostare tranquillamente a piedi e raggiungere le principali attrazioni che questa splendida città offre, ma se si preferisce muoversi in metropolitana la fermata università è a pochi passi; inoltre la zona è tranquilla da vivere anche la sera e molto fornita di negozi e locali. Grazie di cuore, la nostra gita è stata fantastica, abbiamo cercato di visitare Napoli il più possibile, ma quattro giorni sono pochi...quindi speriamo di ritornare!

Clean, comfortable and incredible air conditioning

The property was fantastic

We enjoyed our stay here. The owner responded quickly to messages and was very polite and pleasant to talk to. The location is excellent—all the necessary amenities are nearby, making everything very convenient.

Cleanliness could have been better: there was hair on the bathroom floor, black hair was also found in the room, and one hair was on the bed. There was a small yellow stain on the bed linen.The soundproofing is poor – conversations from adjacent rooms can be heard, as well as street noise, as the highway runs nearby and traffic continues even at night. The property is advertised as a hotel, but it felt more like a dormitory than a hotel or a full-fledged apartment.Before check-in, the owner asked for a photo of our passport, which surprised us a little. Also, please note that there is a €20 late check-in fee for arrivals after 8:00 PM. The room included plastic cups and a small safe.
