Great location, clean, friendly personnel.
Breakfast. We received a card for breakfast in the coffee shop downstairs. It was an awful bun they called croissant and a cappuccinos that had a drop of coffee and the rest was milk.

It is a renovated place in the heart of Naples - you can understand how important it is for this city! Very clean and very safe. And in fact quite confortable, more than I expected for the size of the room. The staff was wasteful, very polite and did everything she could to help us with our late flight! One minute from Metro station and walking distance from everything on the city!
