Centrally located; 20 minutes walk to central rail station--near restaurants and shops. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Fabrizio (manager) was easily accessible by WhatsApp.
The entry door into the building needed to be jiggled repeatedly before the door would open. No on-site staff or front desk; but access to Fabrizio by WhatsApp or phone.

Very central and quiet even though it’s on a busy street. Fabrizio could not have been nicer or more responsive and flexible. Rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. It’s an interesting set up - less a hotel and more a flat with three en-suite rooms.
The AC in my room wasn’t great. But the AC in my kids’ room worked fine.

Central location, clean, comfortable and spacious room.
Internet and TV not working due to technical fault in the building, but the host kindly offered a small refund for this. However, breakfast was somewhat disappointing with one small pastry and a coffee, and nowhere to sit except outside near noisy traffic. €80 to park our car for 36 hours in a private garage nearby was a lot, even if, apparently it is the going rate in Naples!
