Très joli appartement, Spacieux, Moderne, stores électriques, 3 balcons. Porte très sécurisée, ouverture sans clé, système de code pour ouverture de porte. Situation Centrale, a 1-2 minutes à peine à pied du Centre. Cuisine bien équipée, s.d.b. avec douche.
Douche manque un support mural pour déposer produit de douche. A l’entrée, serai pratique qu’il y ai un support pour accrocher vestes. Chambre, grande armoire, mais trop occupée, manque de place de rangement pour déposer nos habits. Grouper le linges et autres choses mis à disposition pour le locataire dans une seule armoire. Pas utile qu’il y ai des coussins de lit supplémentaire, couvertures, parapluie, qui enlève de la place de rangements pour le locataire. Cuisine, manque une grande poubelle avec sac pour jeter les détritus de cuisine.

Posizione perfetta in pieno centro. Comoda per ristoranti e supermercatino sotto casa. Bagno ristrutturato.
Mancano alcuni accorgimenti in cucina( mestoli, presine,forbice,bidoni per differenziata) I 3 balconcini sarebbero da valorizzare con fiori e un tavolino con 2 sedie. Biancheria da letto e bagno assolutamente pulita ma non recente. I cuscini del letto sono da cambiare.
