Located close to the village of Achladochori in Messinia, this cozy stone farmhouse sits on a 5-acre cultivated land filled with olive and fruit trees. Guests can enjoy fresh produce like grapes, figs, apples, and citrus fruits grown on-site, and even join in seasonal grape harvesting.

The farmhouse blends traditional elements with comfort, featuring a ground-floor living room with a fireplace and sofa bed that converts into a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed, a cozy attic bed that can accommodate one more guest and ensuite bathroom with shower opens to a veranda with views of the Messinian Gulf and mountains. There are also two stone tables for relaxed gatherings.

Outside, the property offers plenty of space to explore and enjoy. It's a great spot for families, with swings, hammocks, a trampoline, a treehouse, and a basketball hoop for kids. A BBQ area and wood-fired oven where you can cook outdoors, and a large wooden table on the patio overlooking the sea and mountains. Stone-paved paths, benches, and an additional 8 acres of century-old olive trees provide a peaceful and private setting, perfect for a relaxed countryside stay.
