This cozy studio apartment, located just 200 meters from Central Station and the city's main attractions, is the ideal solution for those seeking a functional and well-equipped space in a central area of the city.
The apartment consists of:
• 1 Double bedroom with Queen-Size bed
• 1 Kitchen with the latest generation of appliances
• 1 Full bathroom with Shampoo & Soap
• DOUBLE ROOM
The double bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Queen-Size bed (160 x 200 cm), and an armchair bed that can be easily used if needed.
Thanks to a 50'' Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube etc.. you can spend a quiet evening relaxing with your partner or with your favorite TV series.
• BATHROOM
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with waterfall shower head, toilet, Bidet, Hair dryer and dispenser with Shampoo & Bubble Bath.
You will find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets and comforters available. Everything you need to make your stay perfect.
• KITCHEN.
The kitchen is equipped with induction stove, oven, microwave, toaster, various cooking utensils, coffee maker and kettle.
When you arrive, you will already find some coffee capsules and tea to get your days off to a good start, as well as basic condiments (salt and oil) useful for preparing great meals.

Overall, good. Convenient to the train station and metro, but on a very busy street and the trolleys (especially the older ones) can be very noisy with the windows open, which we had to do as the air conditioning was not working, though the ad clearly stated 'Finally, there is an Air Conditioning system to ensure our guests a pleasant temperature during their stay'. This was disappointing. In order to get into the rental you absolutely need mobile phone service as an internet connection is needed for the locks.

Generally, despite is amazing location, but is not recommended due to communication issues:
- Owner communicating with direct Email from a person, while all info must be provided within the Itinerary, I lost two hours trying to info about the room, in a middle of a big building having several hotels and many hosting rooms.
- The registration process has to be clear in advance, not at the check-in time, because it is a pre-requisite to provide documentations copy, including the taxes payment.
- Also, the check-out is known at 10 am, still some flexibility & understanding should be there.
- The room is good for 2 adults and one kid of 5-7 years, but not for 3 adults.
