The apartment is modern, bright, and very clean. The apartment is on the smaller side, but the excellent location, just a short walk from Milano Centrale, makes it a great choice. There are plenty of supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and it's easy to travel to the Duomo, Lake Como, the Malpensa Airport (Terminals 1 & 2), or other cities. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washer-dryer, a hair dryer, and even a garment steamer. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and it was easy to connect using the instructions provided before our arrival. The host was welcoming and provided clear instructions. Despite being so close to the station, the apartment was very quiet - we couldn't hear trains, trams, or street noise. The air conditioning was quiet and well positioned, the mattress was comfortable, and the tree view was a lovely bonus. The apartment is on the second floor and has an elevator, although we found it just as convenient to take the stairs. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The bed was soft and comfortable, although it made some noise when turning over or getting up. The pillows were a bit firm for our taste. The water temperature was sometimes difficult to adjust, as it could change from hot to cold unexpectedly.

Grouting in shower could do with a deep clean.

Paolo was very friendly and communicative. He made the check in process go smoothly and gave us a few tips about the unit and area. The space was small but nicely finished and clean. The unit was very secure, with several locked doors to access the unit. It was handy having the washer and dryer to do laundry halfway through our trip.

I was traveling with a friend, so we selected this place due to it having two beds. Shortly after arriving, we learned that using the 2nd bed would cost an extra 35/night, which I did not see anywhere in the property listing. We paid for the 2nd bed, and Palao quickly came by to set up it up, but I wish it had been clear in the listing that the 2nd bed comes with an extra charge. The beds and pillows were a bit firm for us, and we ran out of toilet paper on our last day. Paolo quickly had some dropped off. While the unit itself felt safe, the area between the train station and the apartment didn't always feel safe.
