Antracite Apartment - Milan City Centre

- Excellent Emplacement très intéressant entre la gare de milan et la place du duomo pour ceux qui veulent se déplacer à pied et éviter les transports publics - Il y’a une bonne étanchéité des fenêtres contre les bruits extérieurs . En effet le Tramway notamment en bas peut gêner les gens les plus sensibles

- L’accès à l’appartement était assez compliqué pour la première fois avec des instructions et codes pour entrer. Le lendemain , quand on a demandé un 2ème jeu de clés, on nous a répondu qu’on pouvait se passer des clés et continuer à utiliser les mêmes codes ! La question qui se posait alors, pourquoi on nous a pas dit ça dès le début !? - pour les équipements Il Manque la micro onde. - Enfin, c’était convenu de retarder notre sortie de l’appartement au delà de 10 h le dernier jour moyennant une somme d’argent, sauf que les propriétaires ont changé d’avis après, ils ont évoqué la nécessité de nettoyage et l’arrivée imminente d’un autre locataire. À la fin on était content de rester jusqu’à 10h30 au lieu de 10h

Great little newly renovated apartment perfectly situated an easy 10-15 walk from Milano Centrale railway station, where also the airport buses come in to. It’s a lovely half an hour walk into the heart of the city (Il Duomo), with both metro and tram stops nearby, as well as plenty of cafes, restaurants and also shopping in easy reach by foot. The apartment consists of a big bedroom with a large double bed, a lounge/kitchen with a comfortable sofa bed and a modern bathroom with a good shower and a hair dryer. It also has a washing machine (which we didn’t use), an iron and clothes airer. The apartment is on the 4th floor of an old building, but easy access with a lift from the ground floor. The host sent us good information about the property and practical information in advance, and were also prompt to reply if we had questions during our stay. All in all - a great choice of accommodation for a stay on Milan, both for exploring the city and for easy access to the train station and beyond.
