The best feature of this accommodation was the location. It was easy to get to all the most important spots to visit, and also to get in and out of Milano with ease.

The propriety was dirty, there were insufficient toiletries, the bed was broken and the sofa was dirty (had some spots on it). The worst was that in the first night the person in charge did not leave any sheets, towels, toiletries or pillows for the sofa. We booked for three people, but they forgot to leave them for the first night So only two of us could sleep properly. I reached out to complain and was expecting a solution, they just said sorry and we had to wait for them to bring them the next day. Also - they provided just three small sops and three small shower gels bottles. We stayed there 3 nights - so you can imagine. Also - the apartment was full of ants. They were everywhere - kitchen, on the living room rug and even on the kitchen table. Really bad!
