Für 1 bis 2 Personen eine geräumige komfortable Wohnung. Sie liegt im Hinterhof auf der 3. Etage (über 50 Stufen) und ist nach Norden ausgerichtet, von daher keine direkte Sonne und absolut ruhig. Sehr bequemes Bett.
In der Küche gibt es eine Nespresso-Maschine mit einigen Kapseln und einen Wasserkocher.
Die Lage ist erstklassig. Die Tram 1, die zum Dom fährt, direkt um die Ecke und die Metrostationen Porta Venezia und Republicca nur einige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch zum Hbf sind es zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten.
In der Gegend viele Lokale und Restaurants.
Gut gefallen hat mir das Restaurant Locanda dell Amore nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
Kein Toaster und TV im Wohnbereich funktionierte nicht (gibt aber noch einen zweiten TV im Schlafzimmer).
Nur ein Rotweinglas, sollte man wieder auf mindestens zwei auffüllen.

The location of the flat was excellent. The bed was really comfortable.
The bedroom has a glass wall so there’s not much privacy. Hot water ran out after a 10min shower.
There was supposed to be a key in the tray on the desk but it wasn’t there. I messaged the host but no one got back to me. Instead I had to use my phone to open the door during my visit.
The flat was a little dirty and dusty under the bed, cupboards, cupboard shelves.
The price was higher than usual because of Milan design week. I think outside this time the flat would probably be quite good value for money.
