Wonderful location, in a beautiful and tidy part of town, but also close enough to Milano Centrale railway station (and bus terminal for busses coming from the airports). The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a few nights' stay. For future guests: please not there is a moka pot in the kitchen (maybe you want to bring your own coffee grounds). We especially loved the bed mattress which is rather firm (we love it that way - it's best for not having back pain after walking long hours).
Apart from the spotlessly clean linen and towels, the apartment wasn't clean at all. The floors hadn't been mopped (a lot of stains - tested with some wet toilet paper!) and neither vacuumed (there were dust bunnies with hair from previous guests). The shower head and sink faucet hadn't been wiped. I practically needed to clean the bathroom before using it.
